My therapeutic style examines all aspects of a person and their lived experience. I use evidence-based tools – including CBT, CPT, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness (and more!) – and adapt them to meet each client’s unique needs and ways of being. I also offer short-term coaching to help translate skills and information into practical, personalized support – whether for your own growth or to strengthen how you support a loved one.

Clinical Fees:

Assessment: $175
Individual Therapy: $150/session
Coaching: $150/session
Group Therapy: Fees vary 

I am currently not in-network with insurance plans (I do not take insurance), and offer limited sliding scale options. I am happy to provide a superbill (detailed services provided) for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Education & Consultation

I provide individualized and organizational consultation, trainings, and workshops focused on LGBTQ+ affirming care, neurodivergent inclusion, trauma-informed practice, and mental health accessibility. My style blends empathy, lived experience, evidence-based research, and a touch of humor to make learning both impactful and approachable.

Services include:

• 1:1 Consultation for Clinicians: $150/hour
• Organizational Trainings & Speaking Engagements (for clinics, businesses, etc.)
• Continuing Education Workshops (customized for your audience)

Supervision

As a supervisor, I aim to foster a supportive, inclusive space where learning and reflection are collaborative. I center growth, curiosity, and compassion—while integrating evidence-based practices and creative approaches. I am currently offering training supervision for licensure and professional consultation.

Services include:

• Individual Supervision: $100/hour
• Group Supervision: $40/hour (6 person maximum)

“Training supervision” (per OAC 4757-23-01) refers to supervision provided for licensure or the development of new skills while offering clinical services. It is a collaborative process of direction, reflection, and growth.
